There are nine million viruses in Shanghai 
It's a shame
That one struck poor Debbie down
So she missed two days of seeing Peking Town

There are nine million dumplings in Xi'an
What a feast! 
But we'd rather just have rice
Though the White Sleeves dance was really very nice

There are nine million factories in Beijing 
That is why 
It is hard to breathe the air
And why twice as many tourists don't go there
